What precautions are taken against Pests?
- DATA recall’s Record Center are treated with Pest Control on a regular basis. Your records are protected from ALL kinds of pests including termites, white ants etc.
What precautions are taken against Fire?
- DATA recall Record Centers are equipped with the Fire Protection equipment for which security is supported by International security service provider G4S. Your records are much SAFER in our Record Centers as compared to your own warehouses.
How do I know my files will not get mixed up with your other client’s files?
- DATA recall uses state of the art technology and software to track your records right from the time they enter our Record Centers till such time they are required to be destroyed. Each BOX is Bar-Coded for Rapid Reliable Retrievals. Our computerized Bar-Coding system virtually eliminates misfiles. Furthermore, we allocate exclusive allocated area to our clients which almost eliminate this kind of risk.
How secrecy of my record is ensured?
- DATA recall collects record from client premises where the clients seal each DATA Box with nylon cable tie & sign & seal the DATA Box. On retrievals the clients get the DATA Box as was handed over by them i.e. sealed.
