Abdul Hamid Dagia
Founder & ChairmanMr. Abdul Hamid Dagia is a highly respected finance and corporate management professional with decades of leadership experience across Pakistan's corporate, financial, and utility sectors. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1970 and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).
Throughout his distinguished career, he served approximately 17 years at Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC) as Chief Manager – Finance & Accounts, managing assets exceeding PKR 24 billion with annual revenues surpassing PKR 6 billion. He also held senior roles at M/s. SmithKline & French (Pakistan) Limited in the pharmaceutical sector.
In capital markets, Mr. Dagia served as Executive Director of M/s. Jahangir Siddiqui & Co. Ltd. — the first corporate member of the Karachi Stock Exchange — and as Chief Executive of Jahangir Siddiqui Investment Bank Limited.
Mr. Abdul Hamid Dagia is the visionary behind the concept of DATArecall. Recognising the growing need for professional records management, secure document storage, and information governance solutions in Pakistan, he conceptualised the establishment of one of the country's first organised records management companies.

Mubashir Dagia
Managing DirectorMr. Mubashir Dagia is the Managing Director of DATArecall. He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom, holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, and is a Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
With extensive experience in corporate leadership, governance, compliance, and business advisory, Mr. Dagia is an Elected Member of ACCA Midlands, UK, and has served as Chairman of ACCA Pakistan Members Network Panel and on multiple ACCA sub-committees including Financial Reporting (Chairman) and UK E-Professional Forum (Chairman).
He is currently an Executive Committee Member of the Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI), serving as Vice Chairman of KCCI's International Affairs Committee, and is an active member of the BMG Businessmen Group — one of Pakistan's leading business representative bodies.
Mr. Dagia has served on various ACCA Pakistan sub-committees, contributing to professional development and regulatory reform across Pakistan's accounting profession:

Director — Operations & Business DevelopmentMr. Junaid Dagia is a seasoned business executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in business operations, client relationship management, and corporate services. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Newport University, Chicago, USA.
Mr. Junaid Dagia oversees the company's day-to-day operations, service delivery, client relations, and business development initiatives. He has been instrumental in expanding DATArecall's operational capabilities in secure records storage, document digitization, archive management, and secure destruction services.
Together with the founding leadership team, Mr. Junaid Dagia played an instrumental role in establishing DATArecall as one of Pakistan's pioneering professional records management and document storage companies — building the operational infrastructure and service standards that define the organisation today.
Mr. Junaid Dagia possesses extensive practical experience in operational management, customer relationship management, transfer agent services, and corporate affairs. His operational expertise and customer-focused approach have contributed significantly towards strengthening DATArecall's service standards and long-term client relationships.
His key operational contributions include expanding DATArecall's nationwide service delivery network, developing systematic retrieval and management processes, and building the company's reputation for reliability, precision, and confidentiality across all client engagements.

Director — Finance & SystemsMr. Haris Dagia is an ACCA Member and holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom. He joined DATArecall in 2007 and has since played a significant role in strengthening the company's financial management systems and operational controls.
Prior to joining DATArecall, Mr. Haris Dagia worked as a Research Analyst covering the Insurance and Cement sectors at JS Global Capital Limited — a JS Group company and one of Pakistan's leading brokerage houses — bringing valuable capital markets and financial analysis expertise to the organisation.
With a strong background in finance, investment management, and corporate systems, he possesses expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, compliance, process optimisation, and internal controls, as well as extensive knowledge of brokerage operations, Shares Registrar & Transfer Agent services, and Trustee Custodian services.
At DATArecall, Mr. Haris Dagia has been actively involved in strengthening financial reporting systems, operational efficiency, compliance frameworks, and internal management processes.
